Al Taglio is a beautiful restaurant located in Surry Hills. It serves gourmet and authentic regional Italian pizzas, focaccia made from age old traditions in buzzing, modern surroundings. We offer imported Italian cured meats, cheeses, flours including spelt & gluten free, organic wines and craft beers. Our menus include traditional as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free*. Outside, a relaxed seating area and delivery available.
Our master pizza chef, Enrico Sgarbossa is doing something a little different compared to the other places nearby. His approach is based on being more sustainable and making use of the best local and seasonal ingredients available so that everyone can enjoy a more balanced and healthy pizza. Al Taglio is the first gourmet pizzeria in Sydney, visit us for a slice of the real Italy.
